América Móvil /  Telcel

We implemented a bidirectional global messaging platform that allows hundreds of companies to offer A2P messaging solutions for SMS, MMS, USSD and RCS channels through América Móvil in 17 countries in Central and South America. The platform adapts to the needs of the business in each of the countries in which it operates, maintaining high standards of reliability and great processing capacity, with monitoring and reporting tools in real time, which provide critical information about the business.

Telefónica / Movistar

Telefónica / Movistar

We developed the platforms for provisioning, rating and charging for packages and bundles (voice, data and VAS), as well as value-added services for 8 Telefónica operations in Central and South America. These systems support various collection flows, and include service vectors, opt-in and opt-out tables, detailed dynamic reports, as well as other business features.

Like all our solutions, it incorporates the integrations and interfaces to marketing, customer service, reconciliation and business management platforms.

We implemented subscription and promotion control solutions for packages, VAS and bundles of the same, for 2 of the largest operators in South America. These systems support complex flows for authorization of contracting and charging, control of registrations and cancellations, 2FA authentication mechanisms, control of multichannel subscriptions including Ad-Networks, and reports with aggregate and granular information. It also has a configuration module that allows one to modify the relevant attributes of each business flow dynamically.
